Screen mirror light strip

I bought this and when i go to pair it this just blinks white on the desktop app. all i get is is this triangle error with a !. the light on the plug keeps blinking. The lights in the back wont even turn on

can you try connect to another usb port on computer or reconnect the usb cable with light strip?
also could you try a typec PD charger connect directly to the light strip?
