My Hexagon shape nanoleafs stopped working months ago, im currently trying to resolve the issue.
They are stuck on this grey looking dimmed light that only turns off when I unplug them, the control pannel buttons do not work and I cannot hard reset the panels due to this. I have unplugged them countless times and tried connecting them to the desktop app & iphone app countless times but neither seem to work. my wifi is 5Ghz currently operating at 2.4Ghz for this nanoleaf and I havent been able to get them off this dimmed light for months. HELP!
