Firmware 4.1.3 model NL67 smart bulb breaks addition of thread device

I am unable to add thread bulb after firmware upgrade.
After scaning the code the bulb is getting discovered but while addition it is getting stuck at installing noc credentials.
Help needed.

+1 on this issue. I have noticed an issue since 3.x versions of firmware. The new firmware versions the lights also auto resets if they are not powered on for a long period of time. I have a whole house of these things that are now just really expensive white lights, between not being able to commission them and as they reset (on their own) and drop from the system I only have a few working ones left.
