Just got the lines

Just purchased a lines starter kit preowned it has 8 lines plus power supply. When I first set it up all the lines were white but very low ( I had already put them on the wall in a straight line). I then took one line off and connected it to the power supply and changed colour so I then connected it to the rest of the lines and that one stayed with the colour but the rest once again stayed white which was very low. Tried changing the colours and nothing. Any help would be appreciated

Hello brawl stars online, the orientation of the connectors matters. Nanoleaf Lines use directional pins—if a line is installed the wrong way (rotated 180°), it may not transmit data correctly. Make sure each connector clicks in snugly. Look for any bent pins, debris, or dust inside the connectors.
