i have Nanoleaf elements and now they suddenly wont turn on. i have never been able to add them in the app so i have only been using the controller. and now when i press the controller nothing happens. if i take the controller on and off it gets the tiny orange light but still does not react to anything. when i touch the panels they slightly light up but double tap on the panels does not do anything. i saw someone said to reset the controller but i cant cause the controller wont react. and i have tried to change wich panels the controllers are contected to and no diffrence. is my controller broken? do i need a new one or is this possible to fix?

Thank you. i did got a hold of the nanoleaf support after a while and they did also say i needed a new controller. so its hopefully in the mail in short time
Sometimes the outlet itself may be the issue. Try plugging the power supply into a different outlet. If the controller is unresponsive, you might still be able to reset the panels. To do this, hold down the power button on one of the panels for about 10 seconds until you see the lights flash
Make sure the LED panels are firmly connected to each other by connectors. Pay special attention to the first plate connected to the Geometry Vibes controller, because if this plate is broken or loose connection, the entire system may not work.
