I'm in direct contact with Eski and Faisal and can get their immediate attention. You can send me a Private Message and I'll forward it. Other options are, create a support ticket on the website, send a DM to Nanoleaf on Twitter or the Instagram account. Discord and Reddit are run by a third-party so they are not secure.
