Static Scenes "Shimmer"

It would be great in my Static Scene if I had the option to allow it to have some sort of barely perceptible 'shimmer' effect. With maybe a slider to control intensity.

That is - have a very small differentiation in colour, just to give it a bit of movement.

Maybe it's just a 3% variation in hue or brightness or something.

I like having static scenes so I can choose the colour on each panel, but it would be nice to give it a subtle bit of 'pop' and movement.

Agreed. A "Background" or "Shimmer Effect" that can be overlaid on top of a Static Scene would be great. Just for a little bit of movement / glimmer.
