Adpocalyptic
An Extension Lead with multiple plug sockets that acts as a Lightwave Bridge but incorporates WiFi, Thread, and Bluetooth as fallbacks all in one product (ESP32-H radios do that and more for cheap) so that it will replace hubs entirely. Hear me out, it'd be simple for end users to just get a smart extension lead for their lamps which removes the need for setting up multiple Amazon Hubs that extend through the house when they'd have these boosting the signal as a mesh anyway.
Besides, Nanoleaf said they'd have problems selling 'Matter-over-Thread' lights at Walmart so why not bundle lights and a Sense+ remote with these as a 'smart home kit' that automatically sets a Nanoleaf WiFi & Thread network up when it detects the accompanying devices being turned on nearby via Bluetooth? People could just have them always on & then plug nanoleaf shapes/lights/lamps into them and can control settings if needed for individual outlets (or any usb-c quickcharge ports) from their smart apps or a thread remote. I do it with Tuo Matter buttons at the moment but with your upcoming Sense+ Remote it would support Matter-Over-Thread & Lightwave too.
If they don't want to use the official app, then the devices can connect to eachother anyway by making their own hidden local WiFi network. Plug & Play.
(But Could automatically grab any local home networks credentials in range too from pre-existing networks that were setup on your other lights or tablet/pc/mobile devices. I'm pretty sure Google Accounts let you sync stuff like that**, Another way could just use the app to grab and join them)
**After initial sync is done you can just switch to Lightwave by default
and fallback to matter-over-thread if something is wrong with that conmection
and then over your premade Nanoleaf WiFi network (with matter?) if something goes wrong with the thread connection
And then ultimately normal Bluetooth (PIN 0000) if something goes wrong with all the other routes during an update, or needs recovery mode, or whatever else could make other routes too faulty/slow to be convenient.
