Make lighting devices able to copy in-game actions

Mimic LAN style lightings for in game events. example would be bombs being planted, timer, explosions, or diffusions. I know would be impossible to do for every game out there, but maybe just something that could make it easier for normal individuals/gamers be able to customize per their game of choice.
