Creating Timelines for dj music sets

Timelines would be good and all if the duration of music never could change. But since the dj can start and stop at different times you need a different type of detection. You would want the audio to be monitored and the scene would change depending on the song playing. Or the dj would have to at least hit a "Next Scene" button to go on to the next song. I could make that.
