An in app editor to make a scene frame by frame

There are a few apps out there that let you modify the scene frame by frame. I would like an editor in the nanoleaf app that would let you do this. Some of the settings could be frame duration as well as transitions from frame to frame and loop or playback functions. A more demanding feature could be triggers for frame switch that use the rhythm module.
