unable to add the device to the app

Hi everyone. I changed my wifi and now I can no longer connect my Nanoleaf Shapes device. I have performed multiple hard and software resets. I go through the installation process. The device connects to the network but the process stops while verifying the connection of the device to the network. From the router I see that the device is connected with an assigned IP address. I also reset the app.

When you changed your WiFi, did your WiFi router also change? If yes, you might have to check if mDNS traffic is allowed on your network. That could be stopping the verification of device connection to the network.
I am presuming you are on Android?
