Two users, one on iOS, one on Android?

Recently purchased Canvas and love them. I use Android and set it up using that. My partner has an iPhone, and I don't seem to be able to set her app up to be able to control the Canvas as well as me. I tried logging into her app using my login, can see the device but can't control it from the iPhone.

Is this possible?

Can you please verify if the app asks you to pair manually when you login to your partner's iPhone? Can you also please confirm if you are able to pair with the Nanoleaf Canvas on the iPhone without logging in to the Nanoleaf account?
