Thread Network does not work

1. Is there a way to force the bulbs to work via thread? I can currently only connect to my bulb via BLE… But a view weeks ago it worked via T
   Thread. My bulbs and my shapes do have the newest firmware
2. Is it possible to control the bulbs with Google Home when they are connected via thread to my shapes? How?

You guys should definitely improve you products and should not bring out new products every year until the old ones work. Currently I do not recommend this software to friends of mine who are asking me about this fancy light..
