Sync+ Light Bulbs and App Issues

Hello,

I have recently purchased the Nanoleaf Matter Essential Downlights and hooked them up to my Thread/Matter network for Home Assistant. So far they work pretty well, but I have two issues.

  1. Is it possible to hook them up to Sync+ for my 4Ds?

  2. Ever since I connected the bulbs to my Thread network, the bulbs no longer work in the Nanoleaf app, each one states "Unreachable" or "Invalid Auth Token". However, they work perfectly in Home Assistant and Apple Home. Is this normal, or should they still be accessible by the app?
