I bought two kits of black edition hexagons (9 panels each) that I put next to my TV, one on the right side, the other kit on the left side. I thought it would be nice to sync the two kits to the TV side colors. Furthermore, I bought the Camera 4D kit with no led strip just the camera for only use sync via sync + features.
After installation of the kits and the camera, I can choose the camera and add the two hexagons kit in the app, no problem. The problem is that I can't connect the hexagons kit, it just says cant connect, try again. With other words, I see my nanoleafs kit in sync + and I can choose them but they can't connect within the sync + features.
What I have done so far;
- Software reset on everything
- Hardware reset on everything
- Make sure all is connected to 2,4 Wi-Fi
- Reinstall the app from scratch
- Try with Windows app
- Make a new user account from the beginning to get a fresh installation copy.
All just ends up like before, I can choose the panels from sync + but I can't connect anything from within sync +in the nanoleaf app. They are chooseable but greyed out. When i try to save I get the following error " We had a problem connecting to your device. Please try again"
Firmware is on my hexagon kits 9.6.5
Firmware on camera 4D is 9.6.4
