Hi,
does anyone else notice a faint beep like sound (about 4-5 beeps a second) when the skylight is powered but switched off in the app? It immediately disappears when I switch on the light but starts again as soon as I turn off the light.
Is this common or just a problem with my unit?

Now installed a second skylight and the same there. Strange, that I find this problem only in a single Reddit post without any helpful response there.

Can you make a ticket at helpdesk.nanoleaf.me. When you do, mention my name and that you spoke to me on the forum, and the ticket will get escalated.

If you find the beep sound annoying abgerny or unnecessary, some models may allow you to disable this feature through the settings menu or a companion app, if available.
