Single shape glowing blue when all are off

One of my hexagon panels glow blue when the otherss are off I've tried soft resetting changing where it is one the set up and its only this one panel, can someone help with this? I only set them up yesterday

Seems like a faulty panel. You should contact support and they can help you out with a replacement if required.
