It has been one week I paid for one of your product via Paypal and I still haven't received any mail to confirm the payment (even though you received it) or to confirm that an order id has been created. Currently your customer support is unavailable and my mail received no response so this forum is the only place I can still hope to contact you. Can you please help me? My mail and paypal is
