Rhythm no longer works after update

Is anyone having this issue? I’m about ready to smash the panels. I had a update I did last week and every since, rhythm does not work, some panels don’t work. I did a soft and hard reset, worked for 20mins and stopped. I even bought a new rhythm and it worked for 20mins. Get no help from emailing nanoleaf, they just keep telling me to do a reset. I also deleted the panels and tried to reconnect which I can, keep getting “cannot connect to accessory” I even rebooted my modem. All this happened after I did the latest update.
