Possible to change the color of a single pannel ?

Hi,

I'd like to know if it's possible to set the color individually for each panel ?

i.e. : red for the first panel, green for the second one , orange for the third and so on.

Ideally I would like to be able to change the color of just a single panel. i.e. : third panel turn red and the other ones keep their previous color.

Is it possible ?
