New arrival/experienced Nanoleaf user, seeking to troubleshoot my brand-new Canvas set running 9.4.0 either crashing while playing edited scenes, or not playing back edited scenes. Everything is running through Homekit on my Apple TV 4K.
My edited scenes on the iOS 10.7.2 app simply won't play, after a save-as editing either the color palette or rhythm style. (Yes, I've power cycled everything multiple times, updated, it's a 2.4ghz network, signal is good, scenes are cloud-synced.)
The OSX desktop app 1.82 yields better results, but introduces a latency problem.
There's also spam posts EVERYWHERE here. Can you install some basic forum-management software?
Hey @solitary__flower__505
I can help you with this issue. Will send over a DM!

@"Aliakbar Eski" I figured out a workaround.
But now the 1.8.3 update is a mess. I hate it. My Canvas is going unreachable constantly.
I can't find the 1.8.2 installer. Any way to go back?
Can you submit a bug report on 1.8.3 please?
Thanks
Aliakbar Eski
Hi there, sorry, been sick.
By "bug report", do you mean tech support ticket? I looked around for a bug report form in this dev section and didn't see one.
Hope you are feeling better.
The bug report would be sent from within the app. Located in More > Settings > Help & Feedback > Bug Report

Sent. But I can't even add screenshots in the bug report?
Is there any way to revert to the 1.8.2 desktop app, either OSX/Windows? I spent a lot of money on Canvas panels thinking that Nanoleaf's historical trouble with buggy releases was over…
I'm deeply frustrated. Deeply.
Apologies for the inconvenience.
We received your bug report , and are looking into it.
I also have the team prepping the 1.8.2 installer for you, if you can DM your email to me, I will send it over.
Once you have the 1.8.2 desktop app installed, I'd be happy to continue to assist you with your Canvas issues based on the bug report and help you fix them over email.
