Not able to pair my hub with my iPhone

Hi,

Just bought the Nanoleaf Ivy smarter kit but I'm not able to pair the hub with my iPhone or iPad. I can see the hub in the app, but when I click on it, nothing happens. When I click again, I got an error "operation in progress". After some time (maybe a minute or two), I go the error "Failed to add the accessory."

However, when I click on the hub's settings and on "Identify", I can see the hub blinking.

I don't know what to do. Already tried to reset the hub, reset the bulb, nothing is working.

(just for information, I connected only 1 bulb, not both…. but it should work the same no?)

Ok, it works now! I updated my iPhone with latest software (iOS 11.1.2) and started again (hub reset, bulb reset). And this time the connection to the hub was done in seconds.

Anyway pretty strange because the software on my iPhone was not so old… maybe I skipped 1 or 2 updates.
