Nanoleaf 4D Connectivity Issues

Got the Nanoleaf 4D. It wont sync to ios app. Nanoleaf sees the device, I press pair, then eventually it goes to "Accessory Not Found". I have unplugged, soft and hard reset. Nothing. Please Help

Something’s going wrong with the 4D, mine is always on an unknown thread network ando won’t join my home’s thread network like the other shapes I have, this causes that my essentials to join that network and they keep unreachable
