Nanoleaf 4D Calibration error

I installed my new Nanoleaf 4D, downloaded the app for Android and connected the controller to the WLAN. Until then, everything worked without any problems. However, every time I try to calibrate the light strip, I get an error message saying that the light strip coordinates cannot be determined.
What can I do to rectify the error?
