Music on board and silence after 9 p.m.

Lately we’ve been doing short evening outings and I’m trying to figure out the music etiquette. We’d like to play our own playlist quietly—nothing bass-heavy—just to keep a cozy vibe. Do crews usually allow a phone over Bluetooth at moderate volume? And are there timing rules after 21:00 so we don’t annoy anyone near the marina or break local regulations? I’d rather set expectations now than get a “volume down” gesture mid-ride.
