I had my Nanoleaf Aurora for about a week and IFTTT integration was working up until yesterday. Now, I can only control with the phone app on the local network. IFTTT applets give the error "Device not available". I tried disconnecting Nanoleaf from IFTTT and reconnecting and recreating IFTTT applets, but same error. I tried disabling Nanoleaf sync to cloud and re-enabling. The firmware is 2.2.0. Could you please help with this issue?
Thanks!
Hey, that error happens when the Nanoleaf Light panels are disconnected from the internet. IFTTT works by communicating with our servers to your hardware. All you have to do to fix this, is to power cycle your light panel, just disconnect from outlet, and plug it back in!
I tried power cycling as you suggested and it didn't fix the issue with seeing the Nanoleaf outside my local network. I also tried soft and hard reset, which didn't fix this issue either. I also tried rebooting my router.
Same issue, my Nanoleaf Aurora works fine with the app, but is not working with IFTTT applets, the error I see in IFTTT is "Action failed" and "Device Not Available".
I have reinstalled Nanoleaf app in my mobile, removed and added the Nanoleaf device, and in IFTTT removed and added the service and still having this issue.
