Hello Ta Lun,

I apologize for not getting back to you sooner.

The end points you mentioned are communicating to our cloud for various functionalities including firmware upgrade, integrating with third party services such as Google Assistant, Alexa etc.

Thank you

Hi Faisal,
ok I understand that we need this kind of communications but my auroras are offline. So they don´t use anykind of Assistant etc.
So why they communicate with your Endpoints for this? Make it sence to call Endpoint without using them?
I would allow my Aurora to go online but not so. Firmware of course but the others no.
Collector sounds like data collection. Do you collect some data from the Auroras? If yes wich kind of Datas are this?
If not fine ;-)

Greetings
Ta Lun
