Literally spent hours trying to resolve my Matter Essential Bulbs and Strip. After even installing a new one, the firmware literally boot-loops and nothing I can do force them into a reset mode. They constantly just power cycle endlessly. I was able to brute force the bulbs into working through their QR Code but the Matter Strip refuses to allow for reset. I'm stumped here and already bought new controllers/bulbs and they are still having the same issue. What on earth is going on and help???
