Essentials bulbs turns off then on randomly throughout the day

I’ve had Nanoleaf Essential bulbs in my office for a couple months now. They’re great. Except that at some seemingly random interval, when they’re on each of them will turn off and on within one second (not at the same time and apparently uncorrelated with each other).

I would say it happens maybe once every 2 to 5 hours, or even just once every day or so. So it’s not a constant thing. But it’s certainly more often than a firmware update that might be expected to cause the light to signal users.

They are connected via Bluetooth to an iPhone (and the HomeKit home here [but not a HomeKit hub via Thread), and a nearby Google home mini. I am not doing anything to interact with the bulbs when the off-on situation happens.

Any idea what’s going on?
