I have done the entire setup properly. I downloaded the Nanoleaf application to the phone. I read the QR code in the book (iphone 8) but I get the device not found error. I get the problem that the home could not be connected to this accessory. I can't solve the problem, can you help me?
Hey @Kaandmrts
Sorry to hear that you are having these issues.
Is this a new setup? If yes, have you tried a hard reset?
Give that a shot and let me know if it solves your problem

I just bought the canvas panel. I tried soft reset and hard reset but it didn't. Could the problem be in the panel? Device gives error not found.
Could very well be!
Okay, lets jump to basics:
- Does the controller panel power on?
- Do all the panels show color
- Do the panels respond to button presses on the controller panel?
Regards
Thank you for your patience in debugging this. If the problem is in the controller panel, ofcourse it will be replaced.

controller panel open
all panels are colored
Keys on the control panel are working
Controller panel seems to be fine.
So when you start off from a hard / soft reset, the power button on the controller is lit.
At that point can your app discover the device?
For more context, at that point, your controller is in Wifi configuration mode and is waiting to be configured to a network. The app will connect to the controller's hotspot, securely transfer the wifi credentials and then rejoin back to your original network. Your panels will flash green once they join the network as well.
Your phone then discovers the device and tries to pair with it.
