Canvas unresponsive

Hello all,
I have the problem that my canvas are always unresponsive after a few hours.
Firmware 5.2.3
The blue power LED then flashes 5x until the device is turned off and plugged in again. After that it works again for a few hours, in the best case even a day. The support has already told me, I should try it without Wifi here the whole thing does not happen, but that is not a solution for me.
It also happens on all WLAN channels 1, 6 and 11 and different manufacturers of access points.
Hard reset has already been performed several times.
Someone has an idea?

Thanks

Hello Marci,

Thanks for reaching out. I would love to help you out.

I apologize for the inconvenience. Can you please confirm you are on the latest updates? (App and OS) Also, please confirm that you are on 2.4 GHz and not 5 GHz? (Our Panels are not compatible with 5 GHz) If you still have this issue, get in touch with our Support Team: http://nanoleaf.me/hello

Kind regards,

Marci

Hello,
yes its 2,4 GHz only.
App is up to date and the panel is at 5.2.3 (newest possible in app).

Can you explain this line: The support has already told me, I should try it without Wifi here the whole thing does not happen, but that is not a solution for me

Okay, got it. Thanks for the clarification.

Do you have any kind of a DNS sinkhole, or a firewall on your network?

What DNS settings specifically would cause this to happen? I think this might be related to a Light Panels issue I am having, becoming unresponsive every few days or so….

@icy__tree__649

I was talking about a DNS Sinkhole which gives an incorrect DNS resolution for a web url back to the controller.
This can be a setting in your router, or a whole different device on the network.
