I was performed the latest firmware update and my canvas stopped working. The lights are white and the button panel keeps flashing from left to right (also not responding). I tried a soft and hard reset and am still getting the same results. Please advise.

Did the panels turn green ever?
If yes, they are firmware upgrading and should return to normal soon.
From the sound of it though, I don't think it's in that state. It seems that the controller is unable to communicate with the panels. It seems like there is an issue with it and might need to be replaced. Please contact support. They will help diagnose the issue better and issue a replacement if required.
