2 days ago my Router did an update and since then I lost my connection to my Elements and Shapes. I tried soft resetting, then a hard reset (which did not work) and all the time when I reach the "Configuring device's WiFi" step in the Pairing Device section I get an "Incorrect Password" error.
How can I fix this? I am using the Android App.

Hi guys,
I've managed to solve my issue. I needed to use Wi-Fi 4 standard instead of the Wi-Fi 6 standard for the 2,4 Ghz Wifi network.

Updates can occasionally alter settings or reset the WiFi password. Before pairing, you might also want to make sure your phone is on the appropriate network. Reinstalling the software or clearing its cache might also be helpful. It could be a good idea to contact customer support for your Elements and Shapes if those steps don't work.
