I’m sure there’s already a thread for this I just can’t find it. I updated all my bulbs to 3.0.1 and ever since they all turn on and off 2-3 times in the first 10 to 15 seconds and then they’re fine after that was this known bug or can someone point me to an existing discussion? Thank you.

Hi @Mayton

Can you go ahead and submit a ticket for this at helpdesk.nanoleaf.me?
It would be useful to have a video attached as well, if possible. I haven't heard of any such issues like this.

Yes. I do have a ticket open already: 118768
I’ll reply to that email support email with a video. It’s happening with every single one of my lights and not until I upgraded each one. Thank you.

I can second this problem. Flashing drives my family nuts. I thought it was a feature to signal when it goes from BT to thread but now I realise that this probably is a bug.

I have five Nanoleaf A19 NL45 bulbs (HW 2.2.5, FW 3.0.1), all of which flicker shortly after power on and randomly factory reset. Nanoleaf Support confirmed engineering is investigating a firmware issue causing HomeKit-enabled bulbs to flicker and reset after updating to 3.0.1, but no ETA for a fix.

Anyone else experiencing resets in addition to flickering? Any temporary workarounds?
