Unable to add home on nanoleaf iphone app

My phone did a hard reset and I am unable to add a home to my nanoleaf app after installing it

It's a black screen when after I login with my nanoleaf account. After I enable sync with my account it asks me to add a home. No matter how many attempts, I cannot add a home even though I input it so many times
