Nanoleaf Holiday String scene using Google Assist

I have connected my 'Nanoleaf Holiday String' to 'Google Home' via Matter. It works well so far, meaning I can turn the 'Holiday String' on and off and change the colors using 'Google Assist'. But how can I set individual 'scenes' using 'Google Assist'?

I am having similar problems with Apple HomeKit, hopefully the solution for you works for this as well.
