Nanoleaf connection / Elements / Fritz!Box 9590 AX

Hi everyone. Since 1 week now my Elements are constantly losing connectivity. I tried to pair via Android App and via iPhone App, still the same issue.
My Elements: Model NL52, Firmware 9.3.4, Hardware 1.1.0. Serial Number: S21140E1802.
I think that the issues started with this new firmware and this "Thread Network".
I would please need support.

Moving to a 2GHz Wifi network seems to be more stable, still some issues occur sometimes. Topic still ongoing…

I upgraded to 9.4.0 firmware and did not encounter any more issues. Will keep you poster.

Seems to work and no more connectivity issues have came up since the update. It is now clear who the culprit was.
